All Reliable Community Care Services care workers are fully trained and vetted through the DBS Services to comply with Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulatory standards. References are always obtained to ensure safety and effective delivery of services to all our clients. Above all, we provide you with the reassurance that our care-workers are caring, compassionate and will be with you day after day whatever your needs. 

 

We provide training to all staff in infection control, equality & diversity, first aid, moving & handling, safeguarding  adults at risk, mental capacity act & DOLS and medication awareness training . We are also certified and are able to run training programs for outside agencies.
