Founder/Registered Manager
Angella Jones
Angella brings over 25 years of experience in adult social care, having worked in private homes, care homes, domiciliary care, and for care agencies. As a senior carer, she supervised and mentored new staff and led on dignity and respect, earning the Carer of the Year award in 2015.
She has specialist training in end-of-life (palliative) care from St Christopher's Hospice and in pressure sore care from Dulwich Hospital. Angella holds Level 2 and 3 Diplomas and a Level 3 Train the Trainer qualification in Health and Social Care, as well as an upper second-class Honours degree in Management from the University of Plymouth.
A natural leader with a warm, caring nature and a good sense of humour, Angella is committed to safeguarding, best practice, and protecting the rights, choices, privacy, and dignity of every individual, including those living with dementia and other disabilities.
Maureen Soloman
Deputy Manager
Maureen is a highly skilled and enthusiastic Care Manager with more than 20 years of experience in health and social care. She creates personalised care plans tailored to each client's needs, carefully matches carers with service users, and coordinates staff rosters.
Maureen holds a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care and is trained in Train the Trainer, dementia care, and moving and handling. Trustworthy and committed, she is always available to support both carers and service users, whether she is on duty or not.
Financial Director
Steven Jones
Stephen brings decades of business and management experience to the company. He began his career in a warehouse and worked his way up through sales, estimating, and scheduling to become an external sales representative and later an Ironmongery Manager. In that role, he led a sales team, set and achieved targets, and managed contracts using computerised systems. He has worked with companies including Dorma UK and the Nicholas and Clarke Group.
Alongside his director role, Stephen is a qualified Home Inspector, Domestic Energy Assessor, and PAT tester. He has also carried out maintenance work for Hexagon Housing Association, supporting care homes and hostels for vulnerable adults in Southwark. He holds training in Health and Safety, Safeguarding Adults at Risk (Level 2), and GDPR.
Highly organised, honest, and dependable, Stephen works well both independently and as part of a team.
Nekishia Taylor
Senior Care Assistant
Nekishia is a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant who always goes the extra mile for the people she supports. Patient, caring, and always smiling, she takes great joy in seeing her service users happy.
Nekishia is currently completing her Care Certificate and looks forward to beginning her NVQ in Health and Social Care.
Janell Jackson
Senior Care Assistant
Janell is a caring and certified Healthcare Assistant committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care. Her warm, patient approach helps service users feel comfortable and valued.
She holds a certificate in Allied Health Care and has completed her Care Certificate. Janell continues to build her knowledge and is looking forward to starting her NVQ in Health and Social Care.
Sylvie Zoh
Senior Care Assistant
Sylvie is a kind, professional, and dedicated care worker with over two years of experience. She truly loves what she does and sees caring as a passion rather than just a job.
She has completed her Care Certificate and holds training in moving and handling, food hygiene, communication, and data protection. Sylvie is currently working towards her Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
